About the model

A functional bench vise designed to print without supports, with the threads laid flat for maximum strength. Print it in at least PETG (or ABS/ASA) with 4–6 walls and 30–50% infill using a 0.4 mm nozzle and 0.2 mm layers, while the jaw pads are printed in TPU 95A. Tolerances are built into the design, and assembly involves the clamping screw, a retaining ring, a moving jaw on a dovetail slide, an adjustment screw with a press-fit knob, and handles secured with caps.
