About the model

A model of a hydroponic planter that works on the float principle. Print it in PLA, and add extra perimeters to prevent leaks. The float's infill depends on the weight of the growing medium in the cup (soil, cotton wool, etc.). The model also serves as a classroom project covering research on hydroponics, sketching, CAD modeling, slicing in PrusaSlicer and printing, with links to computer science, physics (Archimedes' principle), ecology and technical education.
