Lithophane Moon Lamp with Wide Screw Base

This expands the usable diameter of the opening of the moon lamp base from <60mm to >70mm. I have included several adapters to fit two moon lamps as included below. Hopefully the screw thread bases make it easier to work the tolerances. One of my biggest complaints with the original design is that the tolerances were too tight, and I had to sand it down a lot.I printed all pieces at 0.2mm, and they seem to work fine. I did not use supports at all, and the top of the moon did reasonably fine.
