How an Order Works
A guide from request to delivery
Pick a model from the catalog, upload your own STL/3MF file, or describe your project in your own words. Fill in material, color, quantity and region. Requesting is free.
Verified printers in your area will see the request and send you an offer with a price and timeline. Usually within 24 hours.
Use the built-in chat to clarify everything with the printer — print parameters, color, deadline or shipping.
Choose the best offer and click "Accept". You'll receive payment instructions by email.
Pay by card (Stripe), bank transfer or QR code. Funds are held by us — the printer receives them only after you confirm receipt of the package.
The printer starts production and ships via a courier. You can track the status directly in the system.
After delivery, confirm receipt — this releases the payment to the printer. Rate the printer to help other customers.
Some printers offer direct payment (cash, bank transfer). In that case, payment terms are arranged directly with the printer. We always recommend preferring printers with escrow — you have greater protection.
