Terms of Sale
1. Seller
The seller and operator of the matplace.com shop is matplace s.r.o., Company ID (IČO): 22499008, registered office Rybná 716/24, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic. Contact: info@matplace.com.
2. Goods and purchase contract
The shop sells finished 3D-printed products at fixed prices. Products are printed to order but are standard catalogue items, not personalised to an individual customer. The purchase contract is formed when the order is submitted and confirmed by the Seller (confirmation e-mail). The contract is governed by Czech law.
3. Price and payment
Prices are in CZK including VAT; shipping is added at checkout. Payment by card (Stripe), QR / bank transfer, or cash on delivery. A receipt is sent electronically.
4. Delivery
Goods are shipped via Zásilkovna (pickup points / Z-BOX) or other offered methods. Typical dispatch is within a few business days; a tracking link is e-mailed on dispatch.
5. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
Consumers may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods, by e-mailing info@matplace.com. Goods must be returned within 14 days; refund (incl. cheapest delivery) is made within 14 days, after the returned goods are received. The right does not apply to goods made to the customer's individual specifications or personalised.
6. Defective goods (complaints)
The Seller is liable for defects on receipt; consumers may exercise rights from defects within 24 months. Complaints: info@matplace.com, resolved within 30 days.
7. Out-of-court dispute resolution
The competent body is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz).
8. Personal data
Personal data is processed to fulfil the order in line with the Privacy Policy.
