Giant Novelty Hair Clip

This is a giant novelty hair clip.  It prints flat and then you bend it into position and screw on a rivet cap.  I saw a similar design on Makerworld but when I printed it didn't hold in my daughter's hair.  The design didn't allow remixing, so I just designed my own from scratch, comparing to one of those common metal hair clips.  I made it stiffer, added two bumps in the middle to better contain the hair and filleted all the edges so that it would be less likely to damage the contained hair. I made the rivet into a screw so that you could put whatever pretty cap on it that you want.  Feel free to make your own the the threading is M10x1.5.  The clip prints very well at 75% as well and that is actually the one my wife prefers.  If you are not getting the caps to thread on well, you can increase the tolerance by scaling in the x and y directions to say 102% while leaving the z direction at 100%  that will let you make it a bit bigger without changing the pitch of the threading. I have posted the Fusion file if you want to play with the design.
