Shiny, reflective or translucent materials enhance the look significatnly. Although my prints are water tight, I don't recommend using without inner flowerpot.  Print in “vase mode” with 0.8 mm nozzle, 0.3 mm layer height, PETG. Scale to fit your flower pot.
