Description

This ancient crawler will silently protect your plants! Not so small interpretation of a guardian can be printed without hassle and supports of course :) Inspired by BOTW game, references; I recommend printing the “Back-head” first to see if you like the scale and the quality. The original size still fits on the mini, however the inner pot is about 70mm; quite small. The design gets smaller at the top so limits you to plants that can be planted inside. Below is a sizing guide to help you understand the size of the inner pot in relation to the outer guardian model.               The inner pot is not necessary and should be printed only when needed. It is designed with air holes at the bottom just like a regular cheap plastic pot that plants usually come with. It hovers a bit above the bottom of the planter as it has a water reservoir.             The 2 parts of the print are attached together with a short bit of 1.75 filament.       The plant is removable from the planter after it's assembled. The back of the head can be opened for watering and maintenance of the plant.  The head is enclosed with a satisfying click :)                     The planter is limited to kinds of plants that have a narrow stem first, but there is plenty of those around. I recommend tiny asparagus fern (•ω•)✧   The model has a destroyed look and texture on its own. If you wish to paint it; priming and acrylic colors, posca markers and some green flock worked out okay for me, though I'm not an expert painter by any means.
