Compact Quick-Release Tube Clamp for Modular Mounting System

This clamp is designed to mount Modular Mounting System (MMS) components to a 16mm tube/pipe/pole.If you need other sizes, you can use the linked OnShape document as a starting point to create them.This is a more compact version of my other quick-release MMS tube clamp.This clamp uses my anti-slip MMS tabs, since they are completely backward-compatible work the original tabs. Going forward, all my MMS components will use the anit-slip tabs.The hinge pin is designed for M5 x 20mm steel pins which are easy to find on Amazon, or you can use an M5-0.80 x 40mm bolt and nylon locking nut.The clamping hardware used is a M6 bolt with a washer and a cross dowel nut, available from Amazon.The OnShape document also includes a configuration for 1/4-20 hardware available from Home Depot.I've also included a compatible knob for convenience.GoPro compatible.Configurable OnShape model: Quick-Release Tube Clamp - Compact VersionCheck out my Configurable Bolt Knob to create knobs for this and other projects!
