Parametric Magnetic Cable Management System

My take on the LTT MCM range. Download and adjust the parameters to suit your magnets and application! Should work with pretty much any magnet size, though extreme dimensions may break the model. Features • All the features of LTT MCM • Fully customizable • Easy to print How to use These models are all parametric, and can be easily adapted to suit your magnets or application. • Download the files • Open in Fusion • Select Modify -> Change Parameters • Modify parameters to suit • Press 'OK' • Export & Print model as normal Printing These are all incredibly simple to print. They should print great in PLA or PETG. Place on flat side. Each component has 2 variants. Standard Version Includes a printable magnet cover and accent ring designed to be printed with TPU. I used 95A in the video which gave good grip, without them feeling loose. Simplified Version The same as the standard version, but without the accent ring or magnet cover. Print these if you don't need the magnets to be covered and want to maximize magnetic strength. Hardware required I'd suggest getting one size of magnet for most of these. I found the 25x~7mm pot magnets worked well, and they were available with and without threads to suit all the components. You can use magnets with or without countersunk screw holes. I'd suggest the ones with holes so you can use the magnets for other projects if you retire your cable management parts!
