Description
Introducing a complete set of modular components that enable you to build a beefy, strong, full desk organizer set and monitor stand. This organizer finishes out at about 4 3/8 inches tall and 8 inches deep. The set includes a "narrow" version and a "wide" version of the drawer cases. And the angle of the corner piece is just shy of 35° (34.8244 to be exact). More sizes to come in the future if you request them.PLEASE post your makes & comments - as this helps motivate me and inform me of any issues. I truly appreciate it. Happy printing!Notes:The wider drawers (and their cases) require at least a 300mm printer bed and will not work on a Bambu X1C, P1S, A1, or Ender series printer. However, you can certainly use the smaller drawer components and just print more of them to make up the difference. Check the REQUESTS folder for other sizes too!I recommend a layer height of 0.25 to help speed things up with no compromise in print quality.NO SUPPORTS REQUIRED. In fact, you should disable support auto-generation for these files.PLA is fine, although you can certainly use other materials if you wish. I highly recommend Sunlu Matte Black PLA for the cases and top plates. The finish is superb in my opinion.Depending on what material you choose (some filaments shrink more than others), and the accuracy of your printer, some parts (like the M5 pins or the dovetail clips, and perhaps the drawers) may be pretty snug. First make sure your Z offset is spot on to eliminate any elephant's foot. You can scale these parts in your slicer (very minimally!!, like 0.2mm) to help improve tolerances for your setup. If you scale the M5 pins, remember to keep the height at 10mm. I RECOMMEND PRINTING ONE PART AT A TIME TO TEST THE FIT, before you waste a bunch of filament. M3x8 screws should work well for attaching the drawer handles, if you want to use them. Just screw directly into the drawer holes (no heatset inserts required, but you can add them if you want to).Updates:2026/02/26:Updated the drawer STEP files so that, in your slicer, you can use the Split object function and separate the hex grill from the rest of the drawer. This will allow you to print the hex part in a different color, easily, if you want. Post pics, I want to see :)2026/02/28:Uploaded STEP files for the drawer cases, corners, and drawer handleMade drawer handle compatible with M3x8 screws (slightly shallower pocket)2026/03/02:Added a sidepack add-on that provides slots for 5 hex drivers (typical Amazon/Aliexpress set)2026/03/08:Updated the Drawer cases so that they are now stackable vertically in case you want to mod this into a screw or Gridfinity organizer.2026/03/09:Started adding 6 inch components which are great for workbench screw organization, etc. These are stackable, and the dovetail clips and M5 dowel pins are compatible2026/03/11:Added two new case/drawer options. A 250 mm wide version and a 225mm wide version. These are located in the Requests folder. Hopefully this helps out the folks with smaller bed sizes without having to go all the way down to the "Narrow" version. Happy printing!2026/03/13:Added a 225mm wide x 6in Case to continue enhancing the design for smaller printers. Reorganized folders a bit for better house-keeping2026/03/20:Added "Experimental v2 Drawers" which have a separate face plate insert that can be printed in a different color, to give your drawers that bougie look! Thanks @Compitex for the idea!2026/03/23:Added 2 new cases specifically for Gridfinity. These are in the 8 in Components folder as STEP files. You can split the file into its sub-parts in your slicer (Bambu, Orca, Prusa, etc.)2026/03/24:Added Narrow and Wide, single-height drawer cases2026/03/27:Took another stab at reorganizing all the files. With all the various custom sizes that have become popular, I wanted to make things clearer and more consistent.Narrow = 146 and Wide = 260. The other sizes are called out specifically by their width i.e. 225 and 250 etc.Moved the "less popular" 6 inch models into the Custom folder.2026/04/03:Added a new drawer: 146 8in Narrow v2 - Double TallAdded a beta version of a Pencil Holder addon. I was going to incorporate a phone rest into it, but need to put more thought into how to best design it. Please leave your feedback in the comments!2026/04/13:Added a simple TPU foot (2 per drawer case) to provide some non-slip material. It raises the overall height by 5mm. Completely optional for those who want the drawers to grip their desk a bit to prevent sliding as you open/close the drawers. These are beta, and feedback is always welcome.2026/04/14:Added a new beta addon, for storing pencils, a phone, and some pos
