Type a name or upload a picture. You get a keychain in two or more colours of our filaments, with an eyelet for the ring that you can move wherever you like.

Input

Picture

PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG. A drawing with a few solid colours comes out best; from a photo we pick the main colours.

Material and quantity

Sizes and parts appear with the preview.

The calculation shows the exact price and print time, and you can download the model or a project for your printer. No sign-up.

It prints flat, face up, without supports. A name on a base is two colours, one on the other: one filament change is enough. The key ring is not part of the print.

A key ring with a name, a shape and a picture of your choice

Here you put a key ring together from layers. A shape lies at the bottom (a bone, a heart, a circle, a tag, a rounded rectangle and more), on it a name in one of thirty typefaces and perhaps a picture from the library of silhouettes or your own. Every layer has its colour from the filaments we keep on the farm and lies a step higher than the one under it. You pick a layer by tapping it in the preview, drag it to move it, drag a corner of its frame to resize it and the knob to turn it. On top there is an eyelet with a hole of 2 to 8 mm.

The colours lie one above another, so the printer only has to change the filament at the right height; the slicer project that holds the changes is free to download. On our farm we print up to four colours in one print. Need a key ring from a picture in several colours, a logo for example? Under the choices at the start of the page there is a link to the quick form: you upload the picture, it is turned into filament colours and you slide the eyelet along the outline.

How it works

  1. Start from a key ring. The page opens with a bone and the name Rex. Type your name, change the shape, or pick another preset, a heart with a name for instance.
  2. Edit the layers. Tap a layer in the list or in the preview and change its text, typeface, shape, picture and colour. In the preview you drag it to move it, drag a corner of its frame to resize it and the knob to turn it.
  3. Add more and set the eyelet. The buttons add a text, a picture or a shape, twelve layers at most. Among the sizes you set the thickness and the hole of the eyelet to fit your ring.
  4. Order a print or download. Next to the preview you see the dimensions; the calculation after "Continue" shows the precise price and print time. The model and the slicer project with the filament changes are free to download without an account.

Common questions

How big a hole does a key ring need?

For a common split ring of 25 to 30 mm a hole of 4 to 5 mm is enough; 4 mm is preset. For a carabiner or a thicker ring make it up to 8 mm. The ring itself is not part of the print.

What is it printed from and will it last in a pocket?

We recommend PLA or the tougher PETG. At 3 mm a key ring stands everyday use; for car keys left in the sun choose PETG, PLA softens at about 55 °C.

How many colours can a key ring have?

Every layer has its own colour and there may be twelve layers. On our farm we print up to four colours in one print; a design with more you download with a project that holds the filament changes.

Can I use my own picture or logo?

Yes. You upload an SVG, PNG or JPG as a layer and what stays of it is its silhouette in one colour. A logo in several colours is the job of the quick form the page links to.

What if the pieces lie apart and do not touch?

The tool ties them with a short bridge in the lowest layer and says so, so the key ring holds together.

How do I pay and how do I get it?

You pay from prepaid credit that you top up by card; prices are shown in Czech crowns or in euros. We send the print by Packeta to a pick-up point or to an address in the EU.
